If you ever need to explain Group C to someone, I think this video will do it for you. The spectacle of the C1, C2, and GTP cars going through the kink at speeds approaching 250mph. The roaring Sauber C9s and screaming Mazda 767s. I’ve watched this video a lot since I first saw it. Group C is just SO COOL.

The Mazdas have a very distinctive engine note, you can identify them by sound alone.
